PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy-saving diagnosis system, capable of proposing an appropriate action for reducing power consumption.SOLUTION: The system includes a human sensor 3; an action history storage unit 10c which stores an action history by the sensor 3; a power monitoring unit 10a which monitors the power consumption of electric equipment X; a power history storage unit 10b which stores a power history by the power monitoring unit 10a; a power estimation unit 10d, which estimates, based on each monitoring result of the sensor 3 and the monitoring unit 10a, the power consumption of the electric equipment X for each human action pattern; a target value setting unit 10h which sets a target value of power consumption; a power comparison unit 10e, which compares a result value of power consumption calculated based on the power history with a threshold set based on the target value of power consumption; an action specification unit 10f, which specifies, when the result value of power consumption is the threshold or more, an action pattern for suppressing the power consumption, based on the estimation result of the power estimation unit 10d; and an announcement unit 2 which announces the specified action pattern. |
