<p>A portable exercise apparatus comprising one or more planar arm supports for supporting one or both of a user's forearms; strapping means for securing each arm support to the user's forearms; one or more elastomeric cords attachable between each planar arm support and one or more anchor points; and anchor means for securing each elastomeric cord to the anchor points.
