PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new business form using an IC card, and a cellular phone with a built-in IC chip equivalent to the IC card or the like.SOLUTION: When a user A performs shopping at a store X, purchase information is recorded in the IC card. After that, when the user A uploads evaluation of the store X, validity of the user A is checked on the basis of the purchase information. Meanwhile, when a user B browses the evaluation of the store X, browsing information proving browsing is recorded in an IC card of the user B. After that, when the user B purchases an article at the store X, the browsing information G is read from the IC card. Thus, when it is checked that the user B purchases the article at the store X after browsing the evaluation of the user A to the store X, prescribed incentive processing is performed to the user A. |
