PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program for achieving efficient maintenance.SOLUTION: A portable terminal 1 is connected to an apparatus 4 to be maintained. The portable terminal 1 is connected to a server computer 2 and a computer 3 via a communication network N. The server computer 2 receives a command to be executed by the apparatus 4 and maintenance information on maintenance from the computer 3. The server computer 2 transmits the received command and maintenance information to the portable terminal 1. The portable terminal 1 receives the command and maintenance information transmitted from the server computer 2. The portable terminal 1 outputs the received command to the apparatus 4. The portable terminal 1 displays the received maintenance information on a display part.
