PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve visibility by preventing occurrence of image persistence and afterimages.SOLUTION: An automatic transaction apparatus 1 includes a display unit 4 for displaying an image and an image switching control unit 6 which displays a reception image 2a for receiving operation input from the outside and an alternative image 3a, the whole of which has a single display color, on the display unit 4 while alternately switching between them. In this automatic transaction apparatus 1, since the same image is not displayed on the display unit 4 for a long period of time, the occurrence of image persistence and afterimages can be prevented. In addition, since the alternative image 3a and the reception image 2a can be alternately displayed, not only a customer does not erroneously recognize that the automatic transaction apparatus 1 is out of order but also the automatic transaction apparatus 1 can be made to stand out in a store such as a convenience store. |
