PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for outputting feedback information when processing cannot be continued in an information processor that accepts an utterance or motion of a user as input.SOLUTION: An utterance or motion(gesture) of a user is analyzed, to determined processing of an information processor on the basis of the analytic result. Furthermore, when there is a hindrance to continuation of the processing, during processing of the information processor using the utterance or motion of the user, feedback information corresponding to a processing stage including the hindrance is generated and output. Thus, the user can spontaneously acquire an error occurrence status corresponding to the processing stage by acquiring the feedback information. It is possible to spontaneously execute error handling processing such as re-utterance without any unnecessary wait processing or the like. |
