PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining method, or a technical issue, for improving mechanical strength without lowering characteristics of mechanical strength due to thermal effect on the core wire, when using a stainless steel wire for a core wire and joining a coil spring body with the core wire.SOLUTION: The characteristics of mechanical strength are improved by performing wire drawing of high deformation with a total reduction of area of 90-97.6% using austenitic stainless steel wire acquired by solution heat treatment, for the core wire, and when joining the core wire with the coil spring body, joining them by using eutectic alloy with the melting temperature of 180-495°C as a joining member. |
