PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clean an injection needle by liquid supplied for a treatment tool in an endoscope treatment tool equipped with the injection needle.SOLUTION: The endoscope treatment tool 1 includes: an outer tube 2; an inner tube 3 freely retractably inserted in the outer tube 2; an injection needle 4 connected to an end part of the inner tube 3 in the state that it communicates with the inner tube 3 and projects-in to the end part of the outer tube 2 as the inner tube 3 retracts; and an operation part 5 for retracting the inner tube 3. The operation part 5 includes a cylinder 10 to which the outer tube 2 is connected and an operation rod 11 to which the inner tube 3 is connected and whose retraction is operated with respect to the cylinder 10. The cylinder 10 has: a first chamber 22 with which the inner tube 3 is communicated; a second chamber 23 with which the outer tube 2 is communicated; a liquid charge port 20 through which liquid is charged; and a switch means 21 for selectively communicating the liquid charge port 20 either with the first chamber 22 or the second chamber 23 linked with the retraction operation of the operation rod 11. |
