PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separable handle for a cooking container, which quickly and easily opens an operating lever 70, and shields the interior of an operating chamber 14 provided in a grip part 15 of a body 10 not to be seen from the outside even when the operating lever 70 is opened.SOLUTION: The separable handle for a cooking container includes: a support case 20 fitted to a rear part of the operating chamber 14 to house a support part of the operating lever 70; an operating rod 30 sliding forward and backward in the support case 20; a pressure piece 18 sliding forward and backward so that a pressure part presses the inner wall of the cooking container; a mechanism including rollers 28, 72 and sinus parts 32, 34 at the rear part of the operating rod 30 for maintaining the operating lever 70 in predetermined open state and closed state; and a button 80 provided at the front upside of a body 10. The operating lever 70 includes right and left side plates 74, 75 and a front surface plate 76 shielding the operating chamber 14 in opening, and the front upper ends of the right and left side plates 74, 75 are provided with contact projections 78, 79 coming into contact with the button 80. |
