PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealant for an organic EL element with excellent transparency and conductivity.SOLUTION: The sealant for an organic EL element contains a conductive particulate, a cyclic ether compound, and a thermosetting agent. An average primary particle size of the conductive particulate is 10-300 nm. The cyclic ether compound contains an epoxy compound or oxetane compound containing a hydroxyl group and having a hydroxy group equivalent of 50-150. Content of the conductive particulate is 100-400 pts.wt. based on a total amount of the cyclic ether compound and thermosetting agent of 100 pts.wt. Content of the epoxy compound or oxetane compound containing the hydroxyl group and having the hydroxy group equivalent of 50-150 is 5-30 wt.% based on the total amount of the cyclic ether compound and thermosetting agent. |
