PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-coated metal which can be colored with a pigment and has good surface physical properties.SOLUTION: In the resin-coated metal, a coating film layer is formed by an acrylic urethane resin containing an acrylic polyol obtained by polymerizing a hydroxyl group-containing monomer and a monomer containing 0.3-3 wt.% of acrylic acid and an isocyanate compound, and a coating film layer is formed by an active energy beam curable resin containing a multifunctional (meth)acrylate compound, on the coating film layer. |
