PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination system enabling safe light source exchange and automatic return of the light source at the light source exchange in a simple structure, as well as a lighting device.SOLUTION: The illumination system 1 is provided with a light source 2, a lighting device 3, a power-feeding wire 5, a movable structure 4, and a power-feeding switch 30. The lighting device 3 is provided with a current control part 32 supplied with power from a power source 10, controlling it to a given current and supplying it to the light source 2. The power-feeding wire 5 supplies the current produced to the light source 2 from an output end of the lighting device 3. The movable structure 4 moves positions in accordance with exchange of the light source 2 before and after the exchange. The power-feeding switch 30 is arranged at a power-feeding path between the power source 10 and the current control part 32A and opens and closes the power-feeding path in linking with movements of the movable structure 4. |
