PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition providing a cured product which has excellent transparency and toughness and high heat resistance, and survives a process of forming an inorganic material layer at 200°C or higher, and a transparent composite sheet using the curable composition.SOLUTION: The curable composition includes silsesquioxane having two or more thiol groups and an aromatic bismaleimide compound having two or more carbon-carbon double bonds. The transparent composite sheet includes a cured product obtained by curing the curable composition and glass fibers embedded in the cured product.
