PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a driving device for a vehicle for achieving efficient operation without deteriorating drivability even if driving an air conditioner is requested.SOLUTION: A control device 2 of a driving device 1 for a vehicle includes: an air conditioner request torque determination means 2a for determining A/C request torque; a driving force request torque determination means 2b for determining driving force request torque; and an operation point determination means 2c for determining the operation points of an engine 6 and a motor 7 so that total request torque obtained by adding the A/C request torque and the driving force request torque is satisfied. The operation point determination means 2c determines the operation point of each of the engine 6 and the motor 7 based on the operating efficiency of the engine 6.
