PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound insulating dry-type double floor and a construction method of the sound insulating dry-type double floor settled within a limited finish height, enhancing rigidity and weight, improving sound insulating performance, and reducing a load to a floor structure in regard to increased weight.SOLUTION: This sound insulating dry-type double floor includes a backing plate 5, a plurality of support legs 1 arranged to directly support the backing plate in a separated state from a floor structure S and having vibration control parts 2, and floor joists 12 provided between the support leg and the adjacent support leg at the lower part of the backing plate. The floor joists 12 and the backing plate 5 are integrated to enhance the rigidity of the backing plate. |
