PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin care preparation that is suitably used as a cosmetic (except for a quasi drug) for preventing or improving skin roughness.SOLUTION: The skin care preparation includes an agent for preventing or improving skin roughness, provided that the agent is composed of a compound represented by formula (1), an isomer thereof and/or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof. In the formula, Ris a hydrogen atom or 1C-8C linear or branched alkyl group; Ris a hydrogen atom, (un)substituted aromatic group or 1C-4C aliphatic hydrocarbon group optionally substituted by an unsubstituted aromatic group; Ris an (un)substituted aromatic group; n is an integer of 1 or 2; and m is an integer of 0-3.
