PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an O/W-type emulsion composition keeping refreshing and thick feeling in an acidic region of pH 2.0-5.5 and having excellent temporal stability.SOLUTION: The O/W-type emulsion composition has a pH of 2.0-5.5 and contains component (a): a copolymer obtained by bonding at least acrylic acid or methacrylic acid, an alkyl acrylate or an alkyl methacrylate and a compound having two or more ethylenic unsaturated groups and exhibiting thickening effect by including an electrolyte and component (b): a water-soluble medicinal agent. |
