PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collation device for further enhancing the collation accuracy of 2D collation.SOLUTION: A 2D-collation facial image creating unit 32 creates the two-dimensional image of a face M1 in a collation object area AR1 as a 2D-collation face image. A specification information acquiring unit 38 acquires information specifying the actual size of the collation object area obtained by a 3D-collation facial image creating unit 31 (for example, an actual distance from a camera to the face) as specification information. A normalization unit 37 normalizes the image size (face image size) of the 2D-collation face image, based on the specification information acquired by the specification information acquiring unit 38. A two-dimensional collation unit 33 collates each of the local areas of the normalized 2D-collation facial image, with the corresponding local area of a 2D-registration facial image. |
