PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stirring apparatus sufficiently stirring a treated material in a fermentation tank while using an existing fermentation tank or the like.SOLUTION: The fermentation apparatus includes: the fermentation tank 10 for obtaining the treated material by fermenting an aqueous sugar solution utilizing fermentation bacteria; a circulation pipe 30 for pulling out the treated material from the lower part of the fermentation tank 10 by a pump 20 and returning the treated material to the fermentation tank 10; and a nozzle 40 for discharging the treated material into the fermentation tank 10 and provided at the circulation pipe 30 inserted into the fermentation tank 10. The nozzle 40 discharges the treated material at the lower part of the fermentation tank 10, toward the inner circumferential surface side of the fermentation tank 10 relative to the circumferential direction of the fermentation tank 10, and upward from the horizontal direction. |
