PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely connect a terminal connected to the Internet to a private network without the need to construct any particular system at an enterprise side.SOLUTION: In a communication system including an access control device and a network exchange apparatus connected to a plurality of private networks, the network exchange apparatus correspondingly stores therein an IP address of a user terminal corresponding to a user ID, the identification information of an NSP to which the user terminal belongs, the identification information of a connection destination, and an IP address in the connection destination. In the case that a packet is received from the access control device, an NSP of a packet transmission source is identified, a connection destination corresponding to the NSP and a transmission source IP address of the received packet is determined based on the stored information, furthermore, the IP address of the packet is translated into an IP address in the determined connection destination, and a packet after the translation is sent out to the determined connection destination. |
