PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an air conditioning system control device capable of automatically preparing a model applicable to each building by learning a physical parameter of a versatile building model.SOLUTION: The air conditioning system control device includes: an air conditioner operation data acquisition part 5 acquiring air conditioner operation data from outside; a weather data acquisition part 4 acquiring weather data; a parameter learning part 10 having the versatile building model 10a based on a heat conduction equation and determining the physical parameter in the building model 10a by learning; a thermal load prediction part 13 predicting a thermal load based on the physical parameter and the building model 10a; a schedule preparation part 14 determining an operation schedule 15 of each air conditioner 2 based on the predicted thermal load; and an operation schedule output part 6 transmitting the operation schedule 15 to each air conditioner 2.
