PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airbag allowing changing processes of deployed shapes to be set in various kinds of deploying directions, an airbag device and a steering device.SOLUTION: This airbag includes an airbag body 9 formed into a pouch, foundation cloth 11 for wrapping including a tearable tear line 11a and rolling in a bundled direction in relation to the airbag body 9 in a first folded state folded to be bundled in a prescribed direction, and foundation cloth 12 for wrapping including a tearable tear line 12a and rolling in relation to the airbag body 9 in a second folded state folded to be further bundled in a direction orthogonal to the prescribed direction from the first folded state. |
