PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy of a capacity detecting device and a resistance detecting device.SOLUTION: The capacity detecting device and the resistance detecting device include an oscillation part, a first differentiation part, a second differentiation part, an integration part, a sample-and-hold part, and a control part. The first differentiation part generates a first differential signal comprising an oscillation signal differentiated by means of a first capacity sensor or a first resistance sensor. The second differentiation part generates a second differential signal comprising the oscillation signal differentiated by means of a second capacity sensor or a second resistance sensor. The integration part generates an integration signal corresponding to a difference between the first and second differential signals with a predetermined phase. The sample-and-hold part holds a value of the integration signal according to a sample-and-hold control signal. The control part generates the sample-and-hold control signal for holding the value of the integration signal for each of a plurality of cycles of the oscillation signal and generates an integration control signal for resetting the integration signal after the value of the integration signal is held. |
