PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an in-mold forming film with a metal surface.SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing an in-mold forming film with a metal surface includes steps of: providing a metal sheet layer having a coupling surface provided with at least one etching area; performing etching to the etching area on the coupling surface by an etching means to form a plurality of recessed structures inwardly on a surface of the etching area; injecting an injection material to the coupling surface of the metal sheet layer, after completion of the etching of the metal sheet layer, to cover the injection material compressed by an injection pressure with the recessed structures in the etching area; and curing the injection material to mount the metal sheet layer thereon to thereby form a tight connection relation between the cured injection material and the recessed structures. This dispenses with providing of an adhesive layer between the metal sheet layer and the injection material to save the manufacturing cost and reduce the processing steps. |
