<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently call an employee by changing a calling instruction to a portable device having an RFID stepwise. <P>SOLUTION: User management information including user information related to a user having the portable device and portable device specifying information for specifying the portable device is stored in a portable device. A first calling instruction is transmitted to the portable device specified by the portable device specifying information, which satisfies an inputted retrieval condition. Possibility information indicating that calling is possible is sent from the portable device in response to the transmission of the calling instruction. When the possibility information cannot be received in a predetermined period, a second calling instruction is transmitted to the retrieved portable device. When the possibility information is received within the predetermined period, a stop instruction for reporting the stop of calling is transmitted to the portable devices other than the portable device which has transmitted the possibility information among the retrieved portable devices. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
