摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate a single component in mixed fuel at starting by taking into consideration the diffusion of fuel during a stop of an internal combustion engine, in the internal combustion engine mounted to a hybrid vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: At the stop of the internal combustion engine, an estimation value of a concentration of the single component in the mixed fuel immediately before being injected to the internal combustion engine is operated as a stop-time estimation concentration. Furthermore, a stop time during the stop of the internal combustion engine at the previous time and the start of the internal combustion engine at this time is detected, and/or a traveling distance of the vehicle during the period is detected. At the start of the internal combustion engine at this time, there is detected a start-time detection concentration which is the concentration of the single component, and detected according to an output of a concentration sensor arranged in a fuel tank or in a fuel supply passage to a fuel injection valve. According to the detected start-time detection concentration, the stop-time estimation concentration which is detected at the stop time, and the traveling distance and/or the stop time, the concentration of the single component in the mixed fuel immediately before being injected to the internal combustion engine is operated at the start of the internal combustion engine. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
