<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen-absorbing alloy capable of releasing hydrogen or being dehydrogenated quickly after absorbing hydrogen or being hydrogenated, and to provide a hydrogen sensor using the hydrogen-absorbing alloy. <P>SOLUTION: The hydrogen sensor uses the hydrogen-absorbing alloy comprising a Mg-Ni-based alloy and a Zr-Ti-based alloy, and comprises: a substrate 2; a hydrogen reaction layer 3 arranged on the substrate 2 and comprising the Mg-Ni-based alloy and the Zr-Ti-based alloy; and a first catalyst layer 4 arranged on the hydrogen reaction layer 3, for promoting the hydrogenation of the Mg-Ni-based alloy. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
