PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of entries of a document check dictionary by integrating similar entries in the document check dictionary.

SOLUTION: A similar expression retrieval part 31 acquires a correction target sentence constituting an entry information extracted from a document check dictionary storage part 22 and a character string similar to a character string included in a correction candidate sentence from a similar expression dictionary storage part 23. The similar expression retrieval part 31 retrieves the entry information composed of the correction target sentence in which the character string included in the correction target sentence constituting the extracted entry information is replaced. A similar entry integration part 32 integrates the extracted entry information and the retrieved entry information to one entry information. A dictionary edition part 33 registers the one integrated entry information in a document check dictionary storage part 22 and deletes the extracted entry information and the retrieved entry information from the document check dictionary storage part 22.
