GOLF HANDICAP MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, AND GOLF HANDICAP MANAGEMENT METHOD AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly notify a user of a recognition handicap recognized by a neutral organization and a potential handicap that has not been recognized by the neutral organization yet.

SOLUTION: This golf handicap management system includes: a handicap applying part 20b for generating application data that is sent to the neutral organization in the case of receiving a score of the user; a potential handicap calculating part 20a for calculating a potential handicap on the basis of a score stored in a score history storing part 28b to update a potential handicap stored in a handicap storing part 28c in the case of receiving the score of the user; a notification receiving part 26 for updating a recognition handicap stored in the handicap storing part 28c by a recognition handicap included in a notification from the neutral organization; and a competition applying part 22 for notifying the user of the recognition handicap stored in the handicap storing part 28c and also notifying the user of the potential handicap when the number of notifications in a reception waiting state is not zero.
