<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a high sensitivity and low power consumption GPS chronometer which locates a positioning information satellite, even where the radio wave from the positioning information satellite is very weak as in a building, receives navigation message data regarding time and indicates an accurate time. <P>SOLUTION: A time indicating method includes the steps of: accumulating correlation intensities in search while finely and frequently switching over an C/A code, storing and linearly extracting the same in and from correlation intensity storage means, preparing for received data a replica of each of fixed data, pattern data and increment data, and figuring out correlations with the accumulated data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
