<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of performing, even in dark, an optimum air conditioning control in response to an indoor environment without using of an infrared camera. <P>SOLUTION: The air conditioner includes: an imaging unit 2 capable of taking images in a band including a visible light band and a band containing part of an infrared light; an image recognition unit 3A for recognizing an indoor environment based on the image information taken by the imaging unit 2; and an air conditioning controller 4 for changing the air-conditioning setting based on the indoor environment recognized by the image recognition unit 3A. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
