<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device capable of saving power consumption required for cooling while efficiently cooling a heat generating part of an electronic device. <P>SOLUTION: One embodiment of the cooling device comprises an air cooling fan, a cooling liquid channel, and a driving unit. The air cooling fan cools a heat generation part of the electronic device. Through the cooling liquid channel, cooling liquid for cooling the heat generation part flows.
