摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control valve capable of rapidly switching a flow path independently of change in the outer environment. <P>SOLUTION: The control valve 1 includes: a body 5 formed with a first passage for connecting an introduction port 20 with a delivery port 22, and a second passage for connecting the introduction port 20 with a delivery port 24; a valve driver 42 integrally having a valve 48 for contacting or separating from a valve bore 28 provided in the first passage to open/close the first passage, a valve 50 for contacting or separating from a valve bore 36 provided in the second passage to open/close the second passage, and a flange 54 dividing the first passage and a back pressure chamber 60; an electromagnetically-driven pilot valve 70 which contacts or leaves from a pilot valve bore 69 provided in a third passage connecting the introduction port 20 with the delivery port 24 via the back pressure chamber 60 to open/close the third passage; and a canceling structure for canceling the effect of downstream side pressure P2 acting on the downstream side of the valve 48 in the valve driver 42. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
