摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease a cooling loss and suppress an occurrence of knocking in an internal combustion engine in which an EGR gas is introduced. <P>SOLUTION: This exhaust reflux device includes: two inlet ports communicating with a combustion chamber; partition which partitions the interior of each inlet port vertically to form an upper passage and a lower passage; a fuel injection valve for injecting fuel to other than the lower passage of each inlet port; and an EGR passage which communicates the lower passage, and makes part of exhaust flowing in an exhaust passage of the internal combustion engine flow into the lower passage as the EGR gas. The two inlet ports are provided symmetrically with respect to a plane including a center axis of the combustion chamber, the two inlet ports are constituted so that flow vectors of tumble flows formed by a gas flowing into the interior of the combustion chamber from each inlet port are opposed to each other in a direction perpendicular to the plane including the center axis of the combustion chamber, and the upper passage is constituted so as to make the gas flow into the side closer to the center axis of the combustion chamber than the lower passage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
