摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure detector that reduces power consumption and improves pressure measurement accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: A pressure detector comprises: an oscillator whose oscillation frequency changes according to pressure; a first oscillator circuit that oscillates the oscillator and outputs a signal of frequency corresponding to the pressure; an AT-cut quartz oscillator; a second oscillator circuit that oscillates the AT-cut quartz oscillator and outputs a reference clock signal; measurement means that measures the reference clock signal in a gate period based on the cycle of the signal output from the first oscillator circuit by the reciprocal counting method; and temperature detection means that detects temperature of the oscillator or the surroundings of the oscillator. The frequency-temperature characteristic of measurement values measured by the measurement means takes the frequency-temperature characteristics of the AT-cut quartz oscillator and the oscillator into consideration. The pressure detector includes storage means that stores the coefficient of a first approximate polynomial to calculate a first collection value for compensation of the frequency-temperature characteristic of the measurement means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
