<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb elongation of stator due to thermal expansion and to firmly support an end part of the stator on a fixing base against a thrust generated by a mover. <P>SOLUTION: A linear slider 1 includes a fixing base 30 for fixing a stator 10 and two support mechanisms 50, 60 for supporting both end portions in a longitudinal direction of the stator 10. The two support mechanisms 50, 60 include a first support part 70 fixed to the end portion in the longitudinal direction of the stator 10 and a second support part 80 fixed to the fixing base 30. The first support part 70 includes a convex portion 73. The second support part 80 includes a concave portion 83 which engages with the convex portion 73 and by which the convex portion 73 can move in an axial line direction, an end portion 84 provided in the deepest portion of the concave portion 83, and a spring 90 disposed in the concave portion 83 so as to be located between the end portion 84 and the convex portion 73. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
