<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device containing a high-speed digital output driver which allows automatic adjustment of output characteristic, and being operated at a low electric power. <P>SOLUTION: An output driver 3 is such a driver of scalable low voltage signal method capable of adjusting output characteristic according to magnitude of reference current Iref2.
