<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for creating information display paper for an electronic device, with which information display paper can be created easily usable for a variety of electronic device designs. <P>SOLUTION: Electronic data having display information such as a variety of layouts and patterns for a telephone is recorded in a server 1 so as to adapt telephones with a wide variety of the button configurations. A user who attempts to create information display paper for a telephone uses a personal computer 2 to access the server 1 through an Internet 4 and downloads the electronic data recorded in the server 1. For printing paper, a sheet of paper having through-holes formed at positions corresponding to the line buttons on the telephone and a printing area is used. Then, the user enters letters and images in the downloaded electronic data, using the personal computer 2.
