<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for achieving low cost by simplifying a configuration and automatically executing the steps of taking out, heating and molding a film in a pressure reduced casting line. <P>SOLUTION: An apparatus for forming a film for reduced pressure molding includes: a frame 2; a laterally moving unit 3 provided for the frame 2 so as to be freely movable in a lateral direction between a first position at an upper part of a model plate 5 of a suction box for reduced pressure molding and a second position where a film is supplied; a film holding frame 7 provided so as to be freely move for the body of the laterally moving unit positioned at the first position between a film heating position for heating the film and a film forming position for forming the film while putting the film on the model plate; a film supplying means 8 for supplying the film; an absorbing means 9 for absorbing the film to hold the film on the film holding frame; a film cutter 10 for cutting the held film from the film supplying means; and a heater 11 for heating the film held on the film holding frame. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
