<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing device for an automatic door capable of preventing erroneous detection of a curtain and the like, and ensuring avoidance of pinching of a person. <P>SOLUTION: An opening/closing device for an automatic door includes a remote control 4 for instructing opening/closing operation of one of glass sliding doors 3A, and a drive part 5 for opening/closing the glass sliding door 3A. The drive part 5 temporarily stops the glass sliding door 3A which has reached a temporary stop position after starting the closing operation of the glass sliding door 3A. Upon instruction to close the glass sliding door 3A in response to depression of a closing button switch 18 of the remote control 4, the closing of the glass sliding door 3A is resumed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
