PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of difficulty in charging electric power supplied from a power supply device located outside a vehicle into a high-voltage battery 10 within a range of durability performance required for a main-machine inverter IV1 operated for controlling the power provided by a main-machine motor generator 24 mechanically connected to a drive wheel.

SOLUTION: A high-voltage battery 10 is connected with an input terminal of a fan inverter IV3 to drive a fan motor generator 34 which is an electric load except a main-machine motor generator 24. Electric power supplied from the outside through a plug PG is charged into the high-voltage battery 10 through the fan inverter IV3. The rated output of the fan inverter IV3 is set larger than that of the fan motor generator 34.
