<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable different models of image forming apparatuses to use the same display picture data about the same function so that the picture data of the similar display pictures can be prevented from being redundantly stored when a user generates a display picture to be displayed at the display part of an image forming apparatus or the like by customization. <P>SOLUTION: A PC 31 is provided with: an information addition part 3125 for adding model information for specifying a compound machine 1 as the display destination of generated picture data and function information showing a function for which a display picture shown by the picture data is used; a template registration part 3132 for registering the picture data to which the model information and the function information is added as a template; and a model dependence determination part 3131 for determining whether or not the function shown by the function information added to the picture data depends on the model.
