<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen a width of a connector while securing a creepage distance between both contacts. <P>SOLUTION: A connector 100 comprises: a base housing 2; a base connector 1 having a base contacts 3 and 4 whose connect parts 21 and 25 are arranged in a vertical direction to a surface 101a while shifted to a fitting direction; a socket housing 7 fittable to the base housing 2; a socket connector 6 which has socket contacts 8 and 9 into which the contact parts 21 and 25 are inserted respectively when the housing 2 and 7 are fitted. Between the contact parts 21 and 25 on the base connector 1, and between the socket contacts 8 and 9 on the socket connector 6, a barrier 13 and 30 are provided, respectively, which overlap with each other in a fitting direction when the both connectors 1 and 6 fitted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
