<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a methane gas purification apparatus, from which concentrated methane with high concentration can be obtained from biogas. <P>SOLUTION: The methane gas purification apparatus 100 purifies methane gas included in biogas and can produce concentrated methane of high concentration from the biogas through steps of cooling biogas by passing the gas in a cooling unit 3 to solidify most of impurities such as carbon dioxide in the biogas, then reliably removing solid impurities in the biogas from the cooling unit 3 by collecting the impurities in a solid-gas separation membrane 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
