<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact heat exchanger or the like which is free from blocking of gaps between the fins thereof due to frost even if operated under a condition causing frost formation and which therefore has high heat exchange capacity. <P>SOLUTION: A slit division region 4 is provided in a plate-shaped fin 1, slits 5 and 6 are provided on the plate-shaped fins 1 on both sides in a step direction of the slit division region 4, two pairs of slits 5 and 6 are formed in a flowing direction of gas, the first slits 5 and the second slits 6 are provided on an upstream side and on a downstream side in the flowing direction of gas, respectively, the first and second slits 5 and 6 are respectively constituted of upper division slits 5a and 6a and lower division slits 5b and 6b sandwiching the slit division region 4, and a nearly triangular cut-up portion 9 inclined in such a way that the downstream side thereof in the flowing direction of gas is the bottom side thereof is provided in the plate-shaped fin 1 of the slit division region 4, so that a bypass air passage flowing over the triangular cut-up 9 is formed upon frost formation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
