<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent burning of a swing motor and to improve safety by cutting off power to the swing motor when a swing lock state continues for a prescribed time. <P>SOLUTION: A first microcomputer 22 cuts off current to a swing motor 9 when no pulse signal is received from the swing motor 9 continuously for a prescribed time, thereby stopping the swinging operation of a head 2.
