<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an autoanalyzer capable of controlling a plurality of temperatures corresponding to analytes at the time of dilution or pre-processing. <P>SOLUTION: An analyte pre-processing mechanism is provided with a dilution disk 100. The dilution disk 100 is provided with a plurality of dilution disk units 110. Each of the disk units 110 can separately control temperature by a temperature control part 200. The temperature control part 200 controls the temperature of the disk units 110 using, for example, a temperature program for chronologically changing temperature.
