The invention relates to technological process and equipment for production of carbamide, in particular to a method and installation for supply of carbon dioxide to synthesis of carbamide. The method provides for compression of gaseous COin a two-step compressor, its cooling in interstage cooler, removal of drop moisture in moisture separator and drying in block of adsorption drying. The installation has connected to each other with technological pipelines for supply of flows of working media, and heat and cold as well, carbon dioxide compressor, end refrigerator, liquefier, throttle valve, isothermal vessel and low-temperature pumps for compression of liquid carbon dioxide and technological flow of liquid ammonia. The carbon dioxide compressor is arranged as a two-stage one, between the first and the second stages of that one the interstage cooler, moisture separator and block for adsorption drying of COare installed. The invention provides decrease of specific energy consumption at supply of carbon dioxide to carbamide synthesis with needed pressure (15 MPa) and increase of quality of carbon dioxide due to its drying. |
