Φ method for the standardization of the leaves of the common nettle (Urtica dioica L.) in multicomponent herbal mixtures containing the leaves of the common nettle, the fruits of the common hawthorn, the knotgrass, the flowers of the pot marigold, the fruits of the dog rose, the roots and the rhizomes of the valerian, the bark of the buckthorn, the rhizomes of the sweet flag calamus, and the seeds of the flax. Scopoletin content is measured by high-performance liquid chromatography of the samples pre-purified by solid-phase extraction. |
