摘要 The invention relates to measuring engineering. Device for measurement of temperature and frequency of rotary objects includes connected to each other source of monochromatic light, thermo-transformer arranged as a parallel-sided plate made of thermo-sensitive double-refracting crystal, first and second focusing lenses, phase plate, analyzer, light filter, diaphragm, polarizer, first and second fixed photo-receivers of radiation, operation amplifiers, smoothing filters, formers of rectangular pulses, key circuits, memory blocks, adders, transformer “code-code”, indication block, RS-trigger, inverters, differentiating circuits, reversible pulse counter, setting block, adders, analog-digital transformer, comparator, multiplexer, frequency meter. According to the invention the device has a scattering lens with opening installed with possibility of division of reflected ray with its following passage through two channels, in the analyzer opening is provided, and the device is arranged with possibility of propagation of optical beam from the source of monochromatic source in sequence through polarizer, diaphragm, light filter, opening of analyzer, opening of diverging lens, second focusing lens, first focusing lens, thermo-transformer, and reflection from mirror pad and propagation through the first focusing lens, second focusing lens, diverging lens with opening, after that one passage of the beam by the first channel through analyzer is possible, this is crossed with polarizer, light filter, with falling on the first photo-receiver, and by the second channel with possibility for the beam of passing through the phase plate, analyzer, light filter with falling on the second photo-receiver. Device for measurement of parameters of rotary objects makes it possible to carry out measurements of temperature and frequency jointly, with increase of accuracy and reliability of measurement. The device makes it possible to measure frequency and temperature for cases of its quick and cyclic changes with provision of remote measurements with minimal heat takeoff under conditions of effect of electromagnetic field.
